Sunday, July 22, 2012. Family Reunion in Boise. My mom hosted an amazing family reunion for the Rasmussen family. The theme was Olympics. Each family was responsible to make a flag. We sang the Olympic song for the opening ceremonies, then played lots of games. After swimming in the afternoon (I got a HORRIBLE sunburn), we had a family lip sync. It was fun. Hiding in the shade. It was super sunny and hot! We all crammed ourselves into the shade. Kids were crawling in the tree. Again, hiding in the shade.

Sunday, June 16, 2013. This is the only photo from today. Enjoy! June 15- Wat Phra Kaew. I spent the morning at Wat Phra Kaew. If you ever come to Bangkok, this is one place you can't miss. It is absolutely beautiful! On the Chao Praya River. Red face. Sweat everywhere. So hot! I don't know why bathroom signs fascinate me so much. Squat toilets are actually wonderful. Sunday, August 5, 2012. Megan is one of my dear friends. I really, really adore her. I hadn't seen her since March, so we decided to get together for breakfast. It was a pretty awesome hour catching up and eating delicious pancakes at The Original Pancake House. Natalie, the kids, and I were going to go to Red Butte but they wouldn't let me in on their pass, so we went to This is the Place instead. It was hot, but fun. Thursday, April 25, 2013. Can you believe how old they are getting? I get to teach piano to Avery, and it has been really fun to see her progress over the last couple of years. I also love getting to see Aidan, Lucy, and Natalie each time, too. I was in Salt Lake right by Steph's house, so I called to see if I could come over and chat. Also, my internet connection has basically been useless for the last month. I should be getting faster internet sometime in the next week. I did a blog post on my other blog about Wan Khao Pansa. Sunday, March 17, 2013. I was flipping through the pictures in my phone and camera a few weeks ago and realized that I hardly have any documentation of the goings on in my life. So, I made a resolution to get my camera out more often. Here are the results from this week:. We got together as a 2nd grade team (Emily and Julia were missed) and made Thai food on Thursday night. We chopped enormous amounts of vegetables and meat and had a delightful time. I really love the girls on this team.
