Healthy bodies happy life. April 20, 2016. I finished taking Prednisone last September so that’s seven months and I still ache all over. Especially in my feet and aching legs. My Bowen instructor thinks it could be nerve damage. I feel so damn uncomfortable with this swollen body and nothing helps. Something is broken. Under my arms is so swollen. Something with my glands. I’ve tried —-. Walking miles every day in Europe. 16 day Chinese herb detox with acupuncture and massage. My body is broken.

Healthy bodies happy life. Interesting info via my close friend with oesophaegal cancer. October 12, 2015. One of the worst side effects is the speed with which your body ages. I have had very puffy feet plus still coming down from prednisone. Plus my eyes are so bad. My new doc says cancer can play havoc with eyes. But my puffy feet were really helped by a foot massager/reflexology machine. I just did it in the shopping complex as its too expensive but try it out! Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Tuesday, May 28, 2013. 2 cups graham crackers crumbs. 2 or 3 bananas, sliced. 1/2 gallon to 3/4 gallon ice cream. (The amount will depend on the size of pan you use.). 1 tub cool whip. 1 pkg chocolate chips. 2 cups powdered sugar. 1 can canned milk, (evaporated not condensed). Line bottom of 9x13 pan with graham cracker crumbs. Slice bananas and carefully place on top of crumbs. Freeze for 15 minutes. Melt ice cream enough to spread it around and cover bottom.
