Some days I find myself going through the routine and schedule I set before myself and not taking the time to step back and thankfully enjoy my time with my baby. I can hardly believe Ella Grace is almost 9 months and sometimes I ask myself "where has the time gone? How is our baby growing so fast? Though EG was sick over the weekend, (with her first fever), we had fun celebrating our daddy guy. It definitely makes my heart melt to watch her little face light up and her whole body jump when that daddy guy walks through the door. Growing in the grace and knowledge of the Lord. Sunday, August 23, 2009. Goodbye to Gainesville ;(. It's hard to believe that we are saying goodbye to this chapter of our lives. This was our last full week in Gainesville and we have spent some good time with friends. We will miss G-ville very much and will forever be thankful for the friendships we have formed here. This morning our church family had a goodbye blessing/sendoff for us which was sad but very sweet. Here are some snapshots from this week.

Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Bwha ha ha ha. The tour was fun despite the strange guide and I think mom and dad really enjoyed seeing the confusing mansion. After the house tour we went on the behind the scenes tour where we had to sport hard hats. Styling! Saturday, January 16, 2010. The first night there we had a low country boil, and then the next day was Thanksgiving, so it goes without saying we had lots of turkey! Jon's cousin Naphtali made the most delicious pumpkin cheesecake, I ate before I even had my meal! Nothing could be better! Jameson and Nathan enjoying a chat. Tuesday, February 2, 2010. Where did January go! No offense to anyone out there, but January to me is the worst month of the year. Here are my reasons:. 1 Christmas, my most favorite time of the year, has just passed and it will take 11 months to come around again. 2 Typically it is one of the coldest months of the year. I am not a cold weather person, so this means a serious case of cabin fever. 3 I write the wrong year on my first 25 checks written. I hope you enjoy a glimpse into our weird, crazy lives.
