Thursday, October 23, 2008. We're going to be trying out a couple new exercises in today's WOD. The first is the dumbbell swing (description w/ pictures here. 4 rounds for time. 5/5 dumbbell swings (5 each hand, I recommend 25#). 5/5 dumbbell push press (5 each hand, again, probably 25# or less). Post time to comments. I did this yesterday with a 45# DB in 6:01.41. October 24, 2008 at 9:18 AM. 25 pound weight, done in 6:11. October 24, 2008 at 3:59 PM. 5-5 Power Cleans @ 132#. 5-5-5-5-5-5 PC @ 154#.

I'm obviously not going to post another workout since Josh gave us one already, but I'll give you my comments having just finished it.
