Scribbled Bits :: Programmes
Scribbled is derived from the common name of one of the 10 Eucalypts that have insect trails (scribbles) in the bark. Eucalyptus haemastoma. Is a dominant species where I live and is commonly known as "Scribbly Gum". Eucalyptus haemastoma has got to be one of my favourite Eucalypts, and seemed to fit with my style; I'm not sure if I was unduly influenced by Mr Squiggle. What you can find here. I like fiddling with various programming ideas. I like to use DonationWare. So I'll post Reviews.

Parties have always been something to go to town with for us. Thankfully we've only had to do three of them. Here are the highlights, they all ended up similar in some ways, but I think that the boy's individuality had an impact on the finished event. Asked for a Car Rally: we ended up giving him an art rally! An innovative exercise where everyone had to drive around following clues and producing an artwork inspired by various poems, photos and stories from Jesse's life.

Pidgin is an amazing and wonderful language, and all my family enjoyed learning it. It is a quickly developing language, all the language books that PALMS. Gave us were far out of date by the time we arrived. I found this quite sad as well, most of the quaint, flowery Pidgin is disappearing, being replaced by English words. Bushwalking :: Mowbray Style

I wouldn't call us particulrly experienced bushwalkers, but we have done a fair amount of bushwalking. We do like in the World Heritage Blue Mountains national Park, where we can literally walk out our door and onto a beautiful bushwalk. We're both in our second 50 (so we're not spring chickens any more: and some days it feels more like that than others), and we walk pretty slowly most of the time. And purchased the Australian Topographic maps in 2009. I extensively use RouteConverter. Where are we now?
