Little did I know that years later I would make my own variation without a little box assisting me. 1/2 cup of r Soy Sauce. 3 garlic cloves crushed. Mix the Soy sauce and honey until it smooth. Add crushed garlic, stir. Nestle some leftover cooked chicken legs into the rice and pour the remaining teriyaki mixture over each chicken leg. Bake uncovered at 350°for 45 minutes. Serves 4 Time to prepare 15 minutes Cooking time 45 minutes.
