Ciao. Spicy Sausage and Okra Orzo. 6 med links of Spicy Sausages. Skin removed, diced. 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes. Or Red Peppers, diced. 1 heart of Celery. 1/2 liter Chicken Stock. And a little extra, just in case. 1 handful fresh Sage Leaves. 1/2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika. 1/2 Tbsp Dried Oregano. 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper.

I seem to learn something new about them. This summer I have a new obsession thanks to the cookbook Seven Fires: Grilling the Argentine Way, by Francis Mallmann. Charred tomatoes and cheese on bread. Slice a small handful of cherry tomatoes in half, or cut 1/4 inch slices off of a large tomato. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the cut sides.

1 envelope baking powder. Margarine for grease the tray. Mix eggs with mixer with milk, oil, sugar. Sprinkle flour with baking powder and salt and pour it over eggs easy. The dough is divided into four. Stretch sheets and bake on the back of tray greased with margarine in the oven at small fire. Attention not to burn sheets! Pudding is cooked by the instructions on the package. Add lemon peel and mix well. Attention do not clot! It let to cool, not completely, it must be worm. Friday, February 13, 2009.

Wednesday, July 02, 2008. Prawn and Ginger Noodle Salad. Fine rice noodles 250g pack. Large prawns 250g peeled and cooked. 1 small mango peeled and sliced. Light soy sauce 4 tbsp. Root Ginger 2 inch piece, finely grated. 1 lime, juiced. Coriander leaves, a large bunch, roughly chopped. Soak the noodles in boiling water for 6-7 minutes, until tender.
