Newer posts →. Hello Britain -Telephone Interiors. 4 March, 2016. Who would have thought that the interiors of an old (80’s) telephone would be so so cool? My husband and I came across this table of free stuff in a fleemarket where a couple of ugly telephones lay. My husband said, I think you would like the insides of these phones, I can bet you will wanna use the parts on a canvas. Intrieged of course, the phone was picked apart and Oh how I loved all parts, I know… I’m a bit weird:-). That’s all ...

Elves In The Attic: March 2015
http://elvesintheattic.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Nellie over at the Stampotique Designers Challenge. Wants us to share a favorite background technique. I've got lots of favorites, but this is a new one I recently tried - Eroded Metallics, originally shared by Tim Holtz, uses distress paints and water. I also love to use old book pages and add some color to them for a background. I've combined both techniques in these ATCs. Thanks for taking a peek. Cheers! Friday, March 20, 2015. Altered Lamp – Steampunk Style. Last time to blog for K-Designs →. Rustic Beautiful Part II. 22 June, 2015. Blogging today at K-Designs. As I have mentioned many times before, I love to mix contrast materials. Rust and flowers is a great combination! The Chipboard title Rustic Beautiful inspired me to do this canvas. The photo is taken at Hunt’s Garden on Barbados last year. I started by painting the canvas with Crackle Paste. Then i used several green shades of Lindy’s Stamp Gang Mists. Days of our Lives.

Mixed Media Canvas – Industrial Chic Part II | Scrappin' Stain
https://lstain.wordpress.com/2015/06/08/mixed-media-canvas-industrial-chic-part-ii
Dream Big – Mixed Media Canvas. Mixed Media Canvas – Trust the Magic →. Mixed Media Canvas – Industrial Chic Part II. 8 June, 2015. Blogging today at K-Designs. Only a few weeks left before the webstore closes down and we stop designing for Kattiz. Really really sad! I have used the title “Industrial Chic” before on another canvas so this one is named Part II. Love the effect of painting gears in brown and orange so that they look rusty. Rust together with white lace is a favorite! Enter your comment here.
