随 ♥ 旅行 ✈✈: Franco@One Utama. 随 ♥ 旅行 ✈✈. 昨晚放工跟老公朋友聚餐，地点是在One Utama的Franco(就是之前的Miam Miam);. 昨天是星期三，Franco是出名要排队的，然而大概7点到门口竟然还没有人排队，我们就先赶紧进去！翻了翻Menu，其实选择不是很多， 价格也蛮“漂亮”的. 饮料我点了Earl Grey tea RM11.80（可以refill）；然后看到Franco French Toast，餐单上写着"An absolute Must-have, Don't Ask, Just Order! 这么极力推荐，心想应该很好吃吧！就点了 囧. Franco French Toast RM 17.80. 所以到最后它被遗弃了，没人要动它. 我觉得有点overrated， 那个toast的口感像pancake，松松软软的，淋上蜜糖后，感觉就像在吃一块块的pancake而已. 这个除非单点，如果两个人吃了主食再吃的话有点太多，4个人吃还差不多. Mac and Cheese RM 25.80. Tuesday, August 4, 2015. 一直都很爱吃茄子，这个鱼香茄子很下饭哦！！我超爱的！其实不懂为什么叫鱼香茄子，因为根本就没鱼的成分呢！哈哈. 好，来看看怎么料理！ 1 茄子一条分三段，切成条状，然后用盐水浸泡（防止茄子氧化变黑）. 3 糖一小匙，酱油一汤匙，醋一小匙混合. 5 猪肉碎 150 gram. 1 热油，茄子略微炸一会儿，盛起备用（可以用吸油纸吸掉油份）. 2 把多余的油去掉，用剩下的油爆香姜蒜茸，然后加入豆瓣酱炒香. 3 倒入猪肉碎炒开，倒入水，然后加入材料3，茄子，待煮滚. 4 最后加入薯粉水勾芡，完成！ 8675;⇣⇣⇣⇣⇣⇣⇣⇣⇣⇣.
