Monday, October 29, 2007. Sorry I haven't updated the blog for a while. When I'm having pain it is difficult to think about doing anything. Sorry I missed the awesome. Party this Sat - Jim brought Kai and they had a good time. Next year we'll have to get a costume for Kai. Today I spoke to a doctor and they doubled a dosage on one of my medication. I hope it works! Sunday, September 30, 2007. We were busy this weekend - lots of friends visited us this weekend. I really enjoyed seeing everyone! Kai spent Sunday at our friends house again. Sunday, January 27, 2008. I had a very good weekend at the hospice. On both days, I had lots of friends visiting me and it was wonderful. My friends who took care of Kai overnight brought him over on Sat and he spent all afternoon here. The hospice was nice and put a crib in our room for Kai, but Kai was so excited he wouldn't. Sunday, February 3, 2008. Thank you all for your support in the last months and days. Mizuho passed Sunday morning at 3:42 AM in her sleep. She was in no pain and she looked very beautiful and full of love. As you know, Mizuho loved all of you very much, and we spoke many times about how blessed we have been to know so many wonderful people. We expect to have some type of visitation/viewing this week at HM Patterson and Son-Oglethorpe Hill. We also will be posting her obituary in the AJC. I'm so thankful...
