Den 27/4 körde vi ett lite längre pass. Först promenad/löpning hemifrån till spåret. 1,69km. Sen en kortare vila innan jag sprang 1,6km, alltså lilla varvet.På hemvägen sprang jag nästan hela grusvägen. Sen körde Sigge omkull med cykeln, rakt in i brännässlor så jag fick bära cykeln hem. Här låg jag på strax över 7min/km! Första löpet utan stopp! Den 25/4 gav jag mig ut på en ny runda. Det var första gången jag sprang den lilla rundan på 1,6km. Jag blev så glad!
