A Chronicle of our Journey to the Promised Land…. Monthly Archives: March 2012. Encouraging a heart of prayer. March 5, 2012. I put all the sticks in a cute jar, added a ribbon, and voila! We keep it on our table so it’s a constant reminder. I have around 30 topics, the idea being that we could pray for one a day. The topics include:. Countries we have a heart for. These include Turkey, Sudan and, of course, Japan! Our country and our leaders. Missionaries we know, support, etc. The pastors at our church.
