Thursday, February 28, 2008. I almost had a freak out this morning. But I was able to suppress it. Navane has given me greater control of head. When charred out circuits start burning I can put them out. I need to start meditating again. I took a week off because I'd read about negative psychological effects that it can have on certain people. But I need the 'disassociation' to a certain degree.
