Thursday, August 13, 2015. Summer Vacation 2015- Part 3- Oregon. We left Utah and headed for Oregon! The fun part was, the kids had no idea we were going to Oregon, they thought we were headed home! They were tired, and so over being in the car. When we pulled up to my parents house and they realized where we were, they were shocked and excited! They had been asking to go to Oregon since Christmas! Lots of Fun things to do while we were there. Helping with the yard work. We helped paint my brothers house.

Monday, June 25, 2012. Darci's Birthday was on a Saturday this year. I asked her what she wanted to do, she said she wanted to have a party at Grandma and Grandpa's and eat hotdogs and cake (apparently she really had a good Birthday last year, that's exactly what we did then too! Here are some pictures, in no particular order. Jarret LOVES Strawberries (you will see more on that in the next post)! Darci got to pick out her cake this year! She wasn't super excited about it. ;). The kids, ready for prayer.

Tuesday, October 16, 2012. I am way behind on this post, better late than never, I guess. I found this cute little cake pan on amazon. My intention was for his cake to look like that one, but since I am horrible at cake decorating, the frosting didn't go on as well, so I sprayed it with blue food color spray, to try and hide the flaws. ;). Thursday, August 13, 2015. Summer Vacation 2015 Part 2- Utah. So we got some KFC and headed to a park. And let the kids play for a bit and get all their wiggles out. Somehow the kids all pretty much slept through the night. With five kids under 6 I was a bit surprised how well they did. And then it was time to get back in the car and finish our trip to Utah. Saturday, February 11, 2012. Jarret and I went with my parents to Idaho to visit my Aunt Sheri and cousin Lindsay. And so that my mom could help my aunt for the weekend. My mom's aunt and uncle live in Boise and her Grandma lives with them too. We stopped in Boise for a quick visit on our way to Lindsay's house in Mountain Home. Sunday, September 8, 2013. Thing 2 also figured how to swim with his life jacket on without Mommy or Daddy. It's so fun to watch him. It's really funny to watch when he decides he is done swimming on his stomach and just rolls onto his back and floats. He's so chill and relaxed! Depending on when we get back to the pool, I'm hoping to share pictures soon! Here are pictures from them opening presents and blowing out candles on their birthday cake. They love their soft Angry Birds hooded blankets.

Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Spring has arrived in our new home and it reminds me of where I grew up in Washington state. Much warmer than in Idaho and fluctuating. So we will be posting images of us outside much more often. (I hope.). We didn't do an actual Easter egg hunt and I don't remember why, but we did one around the apartment. Something simple and easy. I love it too and one day Thing 1 put on his cape and mask and Thing 2 was determined to be dressed the same while trying to steal big brother's cape. We had recently gone and seen the Disney movie Frozen in theaters, and we love it! Olaf is a snowman character from the movie, and he likes warm hugs.
