August 9, 2015. August 9, 2015. Body combat (this didn’t post until 8/9, written 7/18 I think ). I was less than graceful both days. It was pretty hard to match up with the rhythm of everything but today was better than yesterday and I’m sure most people started out as wobbly messes. I’ve also been obsessed with chickpeas the past two days. I added chickpeas to my premade spinach and bean soup for dinner last night. I also had them on my salad. Breakfast was chickpea free unfortunately. Here are pictures...

July 3, 2015. I got dressed today. I left the house for multiple minutes. It wasn’t quite an hour, but it was better than nothing. I don’t feel like moving. I read another book where a main character died. Maybe I should stop reading ,but then I would have to focus on my life and how uneventful it is and I’m not in the mood for that. Everyone has bad days, mine is today. I just want to hide away. No one is talking to me but its okay because they never help anything. Oh well. By Running And stuff.

July 7, 2015. July 8, 2015. Dancing in the rain. Most people shiver in fear at the idea of rain; they definitely wouldn’t be caught dead running in it. Not me though, I love rain, especially running in it. It’s refreshing and fun. I took this blurry picture when the rain first started, before I had to tuck my phone away. It’s okay that it was pouring because pouring rain is great and it made the last part of my workout much easier. I got through about half the run without the rain. By Running And stuff.

July 7, 2015. Long runs- could end in flames or paradise. Eventful day. Well it was before 8 am. Then I got home and have taken 3 naps today. I feel refreshed. I ran 5.6 miles. It felt great until the last mile. My back started aching and the side stitch was unrelenting. It still felt pretty good to run that much. Longest run since track ended in April. The weather was also insanely nice. It was only about 90 and it was overcast. It was really humid but finally, I was hydrated for it. I want to go runnin...

Friday, August 14, 2015. 5 Months Splash Pad. Tonight we decided to hit up the splash pad. Hayes absolutely LOVES coming here, the pool is fun too but he can't just be free like he can here. While we were walking up to the pad he kept pointing and oohing and ahhing. He was pumped! After splashing/crawling around in the water, we had some snacks- Hayes's favorite nectarines and banana. These 3 boys crack me up. I'm so excited to watch them grow up together. 3 peas in a pod. And of course we had to swing.

MISSŸ ▼ KÆMPF. I made this ceramic heart box four summers ago and gave it to my friend Cindy to fire in her camp kiln. I totally forgot I even made it until she gave it back to me last month. I spent so many hours on it too. I scratched the white out from the black glaze (it was supposed to be a spider web) and painted the fireflies with chrome and green glow-in-the-dark glazes.
