Keeping up with Nathan (and his parents). Saturday, March 12, 2011. It's been a bit since I've posted. Our boy is all over the place. He isn't successful at getting up on anything except his mega blocks table (see photo below! Nathan has had a nasty ear infection (for 3 weeks! Speaking of funny.he can really get going with the giggles. Posted by Katie Nellis. Darby is in Korea!

The Nellis News: July 2011
http://thenellis.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Keeping up with Nathan (and his parents). Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Little Nathan had his 1st surgery today. The surgery was quick as promised by his Dr. I went back with him to watch/comfort him when he went under anesthesia. Wow, that was hard. He was a champ as always, but I wish I could say the same for me! The docs and nurses got a kick out of him for sure. I looked back at him on the bed in the OR as I walked out - yeah, shouldn't have done that! He ate a huge banana, some cereal, and a bowl of oat...

The Nellis News: April 2011
http://thenellis.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Keeping up with Nathan (and his parents). Friday, April 22, 2011. Nathan had his 15 month appointment today. His growth has slowed down (as expected for this age) and he is going great. He took his shots like a champ (cried, but was soon running the halls making friends). Nate continues to be a great eater (but doesn't eat as much as he was eating), and bananas are his favorite food! When we get him out of the car after school, he signs for eat, and says, "nana. peeeze." Very cute. Here are his stats:.

The Nellis News: Big boy!
http://thenellis.blogspot.com/2011/11/big-boy.html
Keeping up with Nathan (and his parents). Saturday, November 19, 2011. I know, I never update this blog due to FB. Sorry. Anyway, Nathan has turned from a baby into a kid! The biggest news is that last night (November 18, 2011) [ - this is the closest he'll get to a baby book, so I need to be precise! Nathan went #1 on the potty! We were all very excited. After flushing said pee down the toilet (and Nathan saying and waving good-bye to it), he wanted "more! Posted by Katie Nellis. Darby is in Korea!

Keeping up with Nathan (and his parents). Sunday, July 8, 2012. Chatter box and favorite things. Here are some highlights/favorite Nathan-isms:. There goes the white trash truck! While camping, when a trash truck that was white came by). I do this a little bit while. Usually when trying to stall us). I'm just licking it. Well, at least he wasn't biting or eating "it"? There's a hole in the bottom of the potty. Like the song, only not the sea). That's too small for you. When we try to play with his toys).

McBlogspot: June 2009
http://joemcmullen.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Just a little blog spot. Tuesday, June 09, 2009. We took these photos a few weeks back. Our friends Drew and Deepa Buss had the mini-chef gear and Delaney loved it. More photos in the album. Sunday, June 07, 2009. Left right left right. She's also getting good at following directions; tell her to take these shirts to Daddy, and she does it. She was also handing me her clean clothes so I could fold them. New pics are in the album. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Matt, Steph, Maggie and Quinten Luttrell.

McBlogspot: Some Delaney anecdotes
http://joemcmullen.blogspot.com/2009/10/some-delaney-anecdotes.html
Just a little blog spot. Thursday, October 01, 2009. On Tuesday morning Delaney was coughing, so I picked her up and sat in the rocking chair with her, where she started talking in her sleep. What did she say? This morning Delaney was in her chair drinking her milk. I was in the kitchen singing "Hoist the Colours" from Pirates of the Caribbean (sue me, I'm a geek). Delaney pointed at me and said "No! She went back to drinking her milk. She knows how to work it! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Just a little blog spot. Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Delaney's feeling all better now, and the doctor says you'd never know she had ever been sick. Actually, I think she's a little more active/rambunctious since coming home from the hospital. Here are some videos of her moving around the living room. Enjoy! Tuesday, February 10, 2009. Delaney Update, pt 2. Now we have to catch up with everything around the house. Thanks to everyone who wished us well, or sent us flowers, or ordered pizza! I Can Has Cheez...

Just a little blog spot. Saturday, April 04, 2009. Well, after a month of ear infection, cold and cough, stomach virus, and double ear infection, everything seems to be settling down, other than the fact that Delaney now seems to have a bottomless pit for a stomach. I assume she's just trying to catch up on the weight she lost, but Jiminy! Her teeth are still coming in and her hair is filling in nicely, and she's well maintaining her cuteness quotient. Oh yeah, she walked by herself tonight.
