Just me and my messy life! September 4, 2016. It’s 3am. I’ve been awake since shortly after 2am. I finally have Thing 1 back to sleep and I can hear Thing 2 fussing with hubby in the other room so I know I’ll have her shortly. They didn’t go down to go to bed until 10:30 last night. We tried them in their cribs, which lasted all of a half hour before they were in bed with us. And if that’s just a bunch of incoherent rambling, I am blaming it on 3am exhaustion. A little treat… →. Just me and my messy life! September 1, 2016. It’s moments like these that make everything worth it! I absolutely loathe getting up for work in the mornings. But my favorite thing to do, after my workout and my shower, is to crawl into bed for just a few minutes of snuggles. It normally turns into mealtime but I’ll take those nursing snuggles too! Makes being away from them at work just a tiny bit more tolerable! Last night was better than the previous few weeks! Teething and growing pains suck!
