As the track needs to be dismantled and stored at the end of the day, and we have a fixed time we need to vacate the hall, we try to encourage as many people to help as possible. Milton Keynes Radio Controlled Touring Cars had it's first meeting on the 1st March 1998 when a group of "not so hardy" racers decided that they didn't want to spend another winter racing outdoors. Led by the founding chairman, Andy Marling, a suitable indoor racing venue was found, the Millmead Hall. With interest in the club growing, the decision was taken to build a permanent outdoor track and a venue was found at Wolverton Park. Details for our Summer Series are now available. All the usual classes available covering 13.5 GT12, 17.5 Blinky TC, LMP12 and WGT (but see below). WGT demand has been waning, so this summer is a use it or lose it class. If the interest in WGT continues to be very low then the class will be ended. However, if we have 3 or 4 regulars then it survives into the Winter Series. At MKRCCC we race a number of different classes including Touring Cars, GT12, World GT and LMP12. You are here: .
