MLMA – Who We Are. Our objection is as simple as one word –. The Montana Labor – Management Alliance (MLMA), is a private, non – profit, fair contracting organization that works toward assuring that Public Works construction projects are awarded properly and that all the local and federal laws are adhered to regarding payment of the prevailed wage. Through these discussions, it became evident that not enough was being done to identify the prevailing wage violators and enforce compliance.

The MLMA reviews bidding documents to assure that the proper and current wage schedules are listed, and if it is a state funded project that proper reference is made in giving Montana contractors and Montana Residents preference when it comes to awarding the project and manning the project. When a worker files an official wage complaint, they will have to be named in the complaint.
