Bike ride (solo) - rollers. Bike ride (solo) - fairly flat. Scotia Half-marathon 12 extra kilometers. 2hr swim am 1hr intervals pm. 2*(1hr spin 15 min run 5-10 min core). Hot yoga in the evening.
