Having lots of things to decorate was perfect for all these girls! 160; They decorated lanterns, cupcakes, colored on the wall, sidewalk chalked, made necklaces, drew pictures, and made fruit towers! Monday, July 14, 2014. We took a family vacation to Kelleys Island. In June. We were visiting family in Ohio as well and thought going up to explore this island on Lake Erie would be a lot of fun. It was beautiful. Takes 20 minutes by ferry to get out there. We had our car loaded down with camping gear and bikes- harder to fit everything now as the kids are getting bigger! Burying Jackson in the sand. Back on the ferry headed to the mainland. One last stop at Marblehead Lighthouse. A day in the life.

Monday, October 06, 2014. Flying kites at Max Patch. Just have to share these pictures from yesterday. We went to Max Patch in NC and had the best afternoon of flying kites and just being in a beautiful place together. By the end of the afternoon we were just taking turns with Kate's kite. She had a nice one given to her for her birthday and once we got it up, it just stayed up. The difference between her kite and the boys' was huge! Posted by The Harper Family. Our Patch of Flowers. Sunday, March 3, 2013. It was so good to get outside for a few hours this afternoon and enjoy the cold sunshine. We have had so much rain over the last three months and it was good to feel its warmth today. I don't get my camera out enough with the ease of my iPhone.but each time I do I am always so happy I did! Here are a few of my favorites. Simon felt like he should be in the picture too. Our Patch of Flowers. Thursday, April 26, 2012. Hop, Skip and a Jump. I love living close to my parents because it is so easy to hop over to their house. To drop something off, to play outside, chat, or to work on a project. Although we don't get to see them often, we enjoy our time when we do.
