What is them, Who do they and Why? With past-Doctors Tom Baker and Paul McGann both being Liverpool expatriates it is no surprise that the fan community for Doctor Who on Merseyside has always thrived. The Merseyside Local Group has existed in one form or another for over thirty years with the 'official' earliest meeting recorded as the 1st June, 1978 at Picton Library. The current incarnation of the group has monthly meetings. Check the news page for more details.

One recent addition to our album is our Route 66 trip. We tried to avoid the freeway as much as possible and stayed in little funky no-tell motels.
