Wednesday, April 1, 2009. We're on top of this ridge, the second highest dune. My legs are still sore from the climbing. Al is roughing a trail I didn't take as it seemed too risky. There were many pretty, smooth walls in this canyon. I am in AWE of what you guys did and where you went! I saw over 700pics last night on Lynda's computer - what a blast! Saturday, January 31, 2009. This was one of the prettier sunsets we saw. Daytime photo where cliff divers jump. Colored lights on the fort in Acapulco at night. We went to a movie which was shown at night on the back wall of the fort. It was the history of Acapulco. Fort in daytime. It was right on the harbor and this was taken from the ship. One day I painted onboard. Here I am getting up from the slide. That was fun! Al and I played 9 holes of miniature golf several times. Friday, January 30, 2009.

Sunday, August 17, 2008. This is tonight's sky as the sun was setting. We've been having some beautiful clouds lately. Our front door has finally been installed and painted. Some day I plan to make the door a contrasting color but for now, it's just white. Tuesday, August 12, 2008. I just got back from a trip to IL to see my mother and to Lincoln, NE to visit Wendy. I took this lily photo at a lake in Lincoln. Wendy, a couple friends her friends and I went to the Omaha Zoo and all these were taken there.

Monday, May 4, 2009. Weekend in Glendale, CA. Alumni were invited to join the Glendale Adventist Academy choir for a special song. Al is on the far right in back. Vallejo Drive Church where the academy reunion was held. This is a view from the corner of cousin Janesta's house in Pacific Palisades. Cousin Leota and Al at reunion. Al in front of his old house in Glendale. This is where he, his sister and mother lived with his uncle's family when they brought the Voths out of Argentina.

Thursday, October 30, 2008. I love the ocean. Tuesday, October 28, 2008. Pelicans and gulls were thick where the Russian River enters the ocean. I love this lonely-looking scene. Monday, October 27, 2008. Last Sabbath we went to the ocean and the waves were crashing in. It was beautiful! We left just before sundown. I don't know who said it but. . . There's nothing you can do to make God love you more and there's nothing you can do to make Him love you less.". And His death in place of ours is the proof.
