The MMACA is a Tasmanian based organi s. Ation made up of affiliated Clubs and private members. It can have members from anywhere in the world but its primary benefits are discounts from local hobby shops, Public Liability cover for its Tasmanian members and priority use of the Model Park at 137 Howard Road, Goodwood, Tasmania. Some time following our formation, application was made to the Glenorchy City Council for land to build a Model-operating park. Several areas were examined and after many technical hitches Goodwood Park was finally chosen. The park will have a large fresh water lake measuring 103mtr X 35mtr X .9mtr, two r/c car tracks, one gravel, the other asphalt.
