École Bannatyne School Blog. Tuesday, 8 October 2013. Our first Nids assembly, 2013. Today we held our first Nest assembly of the year! It was very exciting for students to get together with other students from other classes. The goal of these Nest groups is to promote peace and positive relationships amongst all students and staff; that everyone comes to school and feels safe, cared for and confident and take the risks necessary for learning. École Bannatyne School Blog. Thursday, 24 October 2013. A big thank-you to Laurel Rose, all the volunteers, Mme Joanne and all the Grade four and five students who read "Spooky Stories" to groups during the spectacular "Spooktacular" event. The "Spooky Story Pit" was a big hit and many, many students rotated through it to listen to the older students read aloud. What an excellent way to incorporate the excitement of Halloween with literacy. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). We are counting plastic bags!
