Pkg (1.23 oz.) apples and cinnamon instant oatmeal I use reg oatmeal. Cup vanilla yogurt (non fat). Egg and milk in 2-cup microwave-safe bowl until blended. This recipe yields 2 servings) Printable Version. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 3 ounces fresh spinach (or thawed frozen). 1 ounce low-fat feta cheese. 2 artichoke hearts - chopped.
