Zupa's Wisconsin Cauliflower Soup. 2 Tablespoons melted butter. 1 Medium Onion Chopped. 1 1/2 Cups Water. 1 Can Chicken Broth. 1 Head Cauliflower- cut up. 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard. 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese. 1 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese. So basically, don't be too worried about chopping, as you just blend it all. I used my immersion blender and it worked like a charm! December 10, 2012 at 9:35 AM. Mmmmmm, cant wait to try this.

I take no credit for this. 1 can Chicken Broth. Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing. I put the chicken breasts in the crock pot as soon as I woke up, left them in for about 10 hours. I drained it, shredded it and added about half a bottle of wing sauce. I put some chopped celery on a tortilla with the chicken and bleu cheese dressing, wham! Jamie Cooks It Up!
