This visit was a long time coming. Macie met her Great-Grandfather Riley for the first time today! My grandfather (my moms father) is in a nursing home, since we will always have to be careful of what germs. She loves her frozen treats! I love how Macie is looking at grandpa and he has a big smile. Macie and grandma (Colleen) and Mommy.

Thursday, February 26, 2009. Such a big boy! Scott had his one year check up this week. Such a healthy boy! He was hard to weigh and measure, because he 'remembers' the shot nurse and wanted nothing to do with her. We finally got a reading of 23 lbs 5 oz, putting in above the 50%. He measured 31 1/4 inches. which put him at the 90th percentile! He is now dancing the kissing strike is over and now Scott can't give enough kisses! Here is Scott enjoying his morning waffle. We hope everyone is doing well!

Tuesday, December 30, 2008. Big Boy Steps (taken just today). Scott has been able to take a few stumble steps here and there. and he just started to walk holding one hand. but we are calling this official. He can take big boy steps. Soon he will be all over the place! We let Scott open presents through the day giving him a chance to play with each one saving our favorite for last.
