Monday, May 23, 2011. Meat is SO superfluous. BBQ Tofu Sandwich with carrot and mixed greens. Can't see the avocado, but it's there. So yes, we began the BBQ season last week. What a lovely, lovely day it was! Please pardon this image. It was my second plate when I remembered to take a pic. Sue me. I rode my bike home from work last Wednesday, and we whipped up some BBQ fast and furious. Boy, was it ever good! Trillium school lunch last Wednesday! We served 115 kids! Here's to giving a damn my lovelies!

But it has been snowing off and on for 3 days. the roads got pretty bad last night. I hate driving on snow roads so Im stuck at home! I might go build a snow man today, I will see if I can work it into my super busy snow day schedule!
