Tropical Trails: May 2011
http://dimondsinthebush.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 15, 2011. Five random things from this week:. 1 HB can tolerate a little bit of dairy! We have inadvertantly, occasionally been giving him GF bread from the shop when we run out of the mix, and he shows no sign of a reaction! This opens up so many possibilities. 2 I discovered HB likes (loves! GF porridge, made on rice flakes. He asked for it for lunch one day this week, so of course I said yes. So exciting to have another cheap, staple food (so rare on his diet) that I can feed him! At LJ's ...

Tropical Trails: October 2011
http://dimondsinthebush.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 9, 2011. A few months ago I meant to publish a post about my profession - but as usual, I was too sick and tired to do it. Now I'm isolated from the rest of my family with a bug I DONT want to spread around. It doesn't impact on childcare. I get to exercise the part of my brain that doesn't get exercised while looking after my kids. The clients they send me to examine are generally quite difficult! It (hopefully) allows me to help to keep Speech Pathologists in the profession longer.

life actually: Contemplating life's (un)important questions here...
http://karen-lifeactually.blogspot.com/2013/10/contemplating-lifes-unimportant.html
Tuesday, October 8, 2013. Contemplating life's (un)important questions here. Today I spent at least fifteen minutes gazing at the discounted wool in Lincraft wondering whether Paton's "Classic Totem" is the same as Paton's "Totem." The former was the only wool I could find in the shop with "Totem" in its name, the latter was the wool recommended in my knitting pattern (but only as a substitute for "Fireside," of which there was none at all). I learned how to knit making tea cosies! Blogs I Like to Look At.
