Paul Chambers

Monday, April 11, 2005. My presentation was to begin with a request for a show of hands as to who considers themselves to be a receiver of junk email or generally unexpected emails on a frequent basis. Then to see how many people open these and read them, and then how many of these know what phishing is. Besides a crazy new way of writing the riverside pastime. I then would start showing slides that round up the points that I would talk through. Here I would show a slide of the email that I received.

Paul Chambers: Types of play

http://mmvr02.blogspot.com/2005/01/types-of-play.html

Friday, January 28, 2005. Before i start thinking specifics about my toy I will need to decide what type of play I want the toy to incorporate. Below are a number of different play types:. 1 Exploratory play when a baby become aware of the world - sounds, sights, wanting to touch and taste. 2 Constructive play - to discover how things work, to take them apart, put them together again and learn about size, weight, colour, shape and materials and texture. 7 Skilful play which requires care and practice.

Paul Chambers: December 2004

http://mmvr02.blogspot.com/2004_12_01_archive.html

Tuesday, December 14, 2004. My web browsing time frequently seems to be consumed by checking e-mails and reading up on news. I’m not majorly interested in the regular news headlines so I tend to turn to more specialised news sources to feed my hunger for technology and gaming news. For my tech roundup I tend to goto www.bbc.co.uk. As it tends to cover most of the things that would interest me and frequently check up on www.filefront.com. And www.ign.com. And www.apple.com/trailers. Complementary: Two poi...

Paul Chambers: March 2005

http://mmvr02.blogspot.com/2005_03_01_archive.html

Tuesday, March 08, 2005. Slight name change but still goin with the whole Xtreme and cerrazzzee spelling to appeal to the kids. Here's my typography exercise. I focused on using absolutely nothing but characters to create the imagery i wanted. It's kindah simple but i think the flow on it works well. I've reduced the siz down a little so it displays better on my blog better, however to view the original 500x300 version just click here. Posted by Paul C: @ 3:18 pm. View my complete profile.

Ramblings, utterings and of course studio coursework! Saturday, May 13, 2006. New Template. New Blog. As can be seen by the date of my last post - I have somewhat abandoned this blog in favour of writing to the one associated with my MySpace. I originally started this blog as part of my foundation studio module at University. The first series of posts therefore refer to previous briefs and projects - and as such I am probably embarrased by them! Monday, March 06, 2006. Slight period of absence. The prese...
