Saturday, September 4, 2010. We have arrived safely in Sioux Falls. We did see a couple more accidents which slowed down traffic some. The terrain seems to be much more rolling so they seem to incorporate more conservation / contour farming. We saw some cranberry bogs. Evidently, they are still in the growing stage and they don't flood the bogs until harvest time. We didn't see any of the workers in their hip waders making commercials for Ocean Spray. Sunday, September 12, 2010. Friday - Time flies! When we last conversed, we had made it over the pass in the snow and mud to Dubois and spent the night in the lodge and cabin, regrouped, had breakfast and headed to Denver. The car was a little unsightly so we went down the street to the town car wash. Well, it was a two stall complex with you can handle it long arm brush and a power sprayer.
