Welcome to the Minnesota Manatees Web Site. Manatees are one of the few animals that can live in both fresh water and salt water. They are friendly creatures that enjoy the company of others. This is how our dive club's name was created. We love diving in the warm salt water but find diving in the fresh water equally rewarding.
