This is how I roll. Sunday, December 28, 2008. For the last three weeks of pregnancy Carter was trying so hard to escape. He would pull his knees close to him and then kick upward at the top of my uterus causing him to jam his head to the bottom of my uterus over and over again. He had been trying so hard to get out of there, he just did not have enough room! And thank you so much to Mom Mecham for cleaning the basement and making it homie for when we got home, it was so nice. Thursday, December 25, 2008.

We're so grateful to have her- she makes us all so happy! I love the cute differences of personality between our girls. While Addy covered her eyes when it was time to blow-out her birthday candle, Emery was ready to put it out with her bare fingers! She dove right into her cake and enjoyed making a little mess! The Lovely Little Lloyds. Saturday, May 5, 2012. Happy Cinco de Mayo! We kicked off our Cinco De Mayo with ballet lessons for Addy and Emery. The girls have been looking forward to "ballet school" for weeks. Addy immediately started stretching and getting ready for lessons, while Emery loved looking in the mirrors. We thought we would wait to sign-up Emery to see how she responded to the class atmosphere and she did great! It was like Halloween all over again! Happy Cinco De Mayo! Mack and Mersadie Lloyd.

The Lovely Little Lloyds. Saturday, April 14, 2012. Today was a fun-filled day for the family. We started off the morning doing a race together. The weather was absolutely perfect for a run- overcast with a few sprinkles! Andy and I took turns pushing the girls in the stroller and even let Addy out to run with us for a little bit. The Lovely Little Lloyds. Friday, July 13, 2012. Yesterday night, Addy was reading "The Cat in the Hat" by herself and at the end of the story came across some artwork on the last pages. This is how the conversation went. Addy: "Mommy, who drew in the book? Mom: "I don't know who drew in the book. We don't draw in books, do we.". Addy: "Who drew in it Mommy? Thinking that Addy or Emery may have drawn in the book and wanting to take advantage of a teaching moment, I go in to take a closer look at the pages.

This is how I roll. Saturday, November 7, 2009. Carter is really getting into everything now and his favorite thing is to play with our movies and the try to eject things from the playstation and throw the DVD around. Quinn, Amanda, Reggie, Orrin and Baby girl! Sunday, August 8, 2010. He glanced down on the page and got a huge smile and said in complete amazement "wooooooowww Jes" Which is Reggie speak for "Wow, Jesus." This moment brought a huge smile to my face as he quietly and reverently looked at Christ's picture. I am so grateful for the precious moments with our wonderful children :).
