Bristol Steamship Owners' Association. Association members collect a Special Levy from vessels using the Port of Bristol. The current amounts levied are as follows:. 1600 per vessel, when vessels call from or sail to EU Countries. 2600 per vessel, when vessels call from or sail to Non EU Countries.
