Monday, December 3, 2007. Okay so since Thanksgiving, I have not been good about sticking to our running schedule. I left for California, and decided to run outside there. While running there, (OUTSIDE), I have had the thought "this half marathon is going to kill me". I have obviously been training inside on my treadmill. Which I love! What am I going to do out in Moab? Do you think that I can plug my treadmill into an extension cord out there? Surely there will be an extra outlet.Brooke.

Monday, December 10, 2007. Is It Hot In Here, Or Is It Just Me? OK people. This cold weather is really putting a cramp in my running style. Running in the cold is a bother, but I'll do it. I did it in Alaska, but how am I supposed to train for the race in this snow and ice without breaking my neck? Posted by Moab Runners. I've got the same problem with the heat down here in Cedar City, but the 8th East Gym in Orem is actually quite ventilated. Not near as hot as Cedar City's. December 10, 2007 at 4:31 PM.
