Renting Facilities on the Fairground. The Harwinton Fairgrounds has several options for renting both facilities and grounds. The fairgrounds can be rented for a wide range of events. To date there is an annual Bug-In event and a road race in June, an outside concert in July, and several smaller events used by area organizations.
