Mobility Canines For Independence. MCFI) is a very small. Owner/trainer Service Dog training program. MCFI’s trainers are physically disabled. They are experienced in training mobility Service Dogs and use their own mobility Service Dogs in every day, real world life. Our expertise is in mobility Service Dogs only. MCFI has high training standards for its graduate mobility Service Dog Teams. Only those Teams meeting all MCFI standards will graduate.
