Time to Make the Doughnuts. 20 min to get home (riding my bicycle). 15 min to change/recover. 30 min take vitamin supplement. 10 min wait to take Creatine supplement. 30 min shower and prepare dinner. 20 min eat dinner. No earlier conflicts to delay you. Helps wake you up. Schedule is much more consistent in the morning. Don't have to take 2 showers a day. All day to recover from your workout. 10 min eat breakfast.

Well it's been a while since I completed P90X and I've been thinking about what I accomplished and ways I can improve for next time. So here are some lessons I'm going to apply on round 2:. Do your workouts in the morning. Repeat a couple of days of meals until you get sick of them. Sleep and rest are just as important as exercise. Didn't do so well on the maintenance in between rounds so I'll have to work on that for next time. Definitely lost some muscle mass. Oh and here are the results from my fit test:. This phase of the workout introduces something Id never heard of before getting this book called wave loading.  Its pretty cool.  Check it:. Three sets of warmups. One set of 6 reps. One set of 1 rep, heavy. One set of 6 reps, heavier than the first set of 6, but lighter than the set of one. One set of 1 rep, heavier than the first set of one.
