Normally I am very ‘neutral’ about this topic but a recent communication and importantly the ‘tone’ in the communique made me put up my thoughts on this subject. Oxford Dictionary defines it as “the competence or skill expected of a professional”. Now what are the characteristics that define a true professional and how to show professionalism at workplace? 183; Someone who puts customer satisfaction first.
