I am a stem. Are you? Friday, August 26, 2011. See I feel sleepy already. It is 12.39am in Homedom. I was called a child in clinic today. Back in UK for the longest 5 days ever :/ Was telling Yi Ling how these 3 weeks in Lincoln feels like an extended wait in Dubai airport alone, where I am stuck in the airport and cannot/don't dare to go out to play. I am a stem. Are you? Friday, April 29, 2011. No wonder I would drag myself around the house slurring, "Ngeh. I feel saaaaack.". Here whenever someone tells me they did not go to hospital because they are not well I either think "Really? I know what "not well" means. I invented the general malaise excuse." *wigglewiggle eyebrows* or, if it is an honest, conscientious student I just give a superficial "Awww. That sucks! Take the day off! Go home and have a good rest! But really thinking they are fine.

Feel like I have been here for ages even tho I only arrived the day before having spent it lao-saing and getting jelly legs. Not that the people here are not nice. I am a stem. Are you? Saturday, July 23, 2011. Ngeh I swear time in Dubai passes way more slowly compared to the rest of the world. Arrived here at 7ish with a good 24 hours to kill and yet, surprise surprise, the queue at arrivals was abnormally swift and the suspicious questioning person-at-counter was unusually indifferent. And to be fair, I really think I had reflected my socks off for that block. Went to Alton Towers last week. Bought a bear and called him 中黑 coz he was black with flecks and coz I already have a 大黑.
