Oh So Paleo: Dehydrator time! and more
http://ohsopaleo.blogspot.com/2010/11/dehydrator-time-and-more.html
Recipes. Experiments. Things I learn. Paleo-style! Friday, November 12, 2010. We went on a little dehydration kick recently. We bought some steaks ages ago to turn into jerky, so we did; found a decent soy-free recipe. Online to try. It came out alright, but there is an undertone of vinegar that I'm not a big fan of in jerky; we'll have to try again with a few adjustments. It doesn't help that we dried that one for a little too long. In other news, my doctor wants me to take the glucose blood test someti...

PrimalMama: Roasted Leg of Lamb with Herbs and Garlic
http://primalmommy.blogspot.com/2010/11/roasted-leg-of-lamb-with-herbs-and.html
I am a wife, mother of two, and a CareerMama. Monday, November 8, 2010. Roasted Leg of Lamb with Herbs and Garlic. This is another one of those dishes that smells so good when it is cooking that you almost need to leave the house. This recipe can be found in Mark Sisson's cookbook. And is a go-to dish for those cold winter evenings. I added carrots to the dish, but next time I will add some onion. August 23, 2015 at 12:38 AM. Hi, I’ve been reading your posts and just wanted to share something?

PrimalMama: Pizza with Coconut Flour Crust
http://primalmommy.blogspot.com/2010/10/pizza-with-coconut-flour-crust.html
I am a wife, mother of two, and a CareerMama. Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Pizza with Coconut Flour Crust. This is by far the closest thing to a regular flour crust. It was tasty, it had the right texture, and I could actually eat the pizza with my hands. The only thing I would do differently next time is decrease the amount of coconut flour and add in its place some flax seed meal. I highly recommend you give this one a try! PrimalMama: Veal Chops Braised with Herbs
http://primalmommy.blogspot.com/2010/09/veal-chops-braised-with-herbs.html
I am a wife, mother of two, and a CareerMama. Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Veal Chops Braised with Herbs. I cannot say enough about this delicious dish. Veal chop cooked to perfection with a sauce of shallots, onions, beef stock, herbs, and cream would make anybody's mouth water. I paired the chops with haricot verts (green beans) with a lemon butter sauce and fresh parsley. This dish is another wonderful creation by Julia Child. Côtes de veau aux herbes (veal chops braised with herbs). A Thing of Beauty.

Oh So Paleo: November 2010
http://ohsopaleo.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Recipes. Experiments. Things I learn. Paleo-style! Wednesday, November 24, 2010. I know I just posted yesterday, but I was thinking about snacks, and thought I'd share my favorite primal snacks. Fruits are often good snacks on their own. Carrots and celery are too. Sweet potato chips or squash chips (don't fry in vegetable oil! Lately we've made a lot of applesauce. A small bowl of that is a great snack. One does not need grains to have tasty snacks in the house! Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Butternut squ...

Oh So Paleo: September 2010
http://ohsopaleo.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Recipes. Experiments. Things I learn. Paleo-style! Friday, September 17, 2010. Early this week we made soup. Lots of soup. Soup is easy, and you can use almost any veggie in it. We still have some for lunch today. Roasted peppers: this is pretty much the only way we do bell peppers now. It takes off the skin, which often gets bitter if you cook with bell peppers. Tonight, since our veggie soup will be gone, we're going to make cream of mushroom soup. That's one we love, and we haven't made it for a w...

PrimalMama: August 2010
http://primalmommy.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
I am a wife, mother of two, and a CareerMama. Tuesday, August 31, 2010. These were quite yummy, and would be great paired with some. Tahini, or a cucumber and yogurt sauce. My 1 1/2 year old didn't care for the texture but my 4 year old asked for seconds. Grilled and sprinkled with some fresh lemon juice, this is a go-to dish for those nights when I'm not sure what to make for dinner. Friday, August 27, 2010. Pulled Pork Shoulder With Homemade BBQ Sauce. Thursday, August 26, 2010. Tuesday, August 24, 2010.
