Furniture by Jody Racicot. Fixed in position somewhere between open and closed. Blurs the line between function and non-function. It can neither be climbed nor easily stowed and the paint tray stands at a useless 60 degree angle. It is composed of a highly impractical combination of teak wood and contrasting yellow and green recycled plastic laminate. Is, not surprisingly, 6 feet high and has a 2 by 2 footprint.

The curved, pod-like drawers have dovetailed drawer fronts and pulls made from the ends of old steel keys. Pair it with an Eames shell chair to complete the MCM look. It is about 3 feet long, 3 feet high and 2 feet wide.

They were looking for a photo of a dead cucumber for their newsletter. The newsletter article was discussing how cucumber seedlings can wilt and die quickly due to temperature fluctuations. Apparently my photo was the only one to be found on the internet. Chard was pretty but neither of us wanted to eat it.
