Part of my struggle is that I’m so used to eating this way that I get defeated when I feel hungry, and upset that I feel this way when, rationally, I know re-training my body takes time. Modern Weight Loss Chronicles. An online weight loss diary. The next five hours are the hardest. How week one is going →. December 14, 2010. Friday, diet wise, was good. No snacking. Saturday, also successful with only one tiny piece of candy as a treat (remember, I fully acknowledge the holidays will be a hard time to start this regimen). Seem to get in the way. Question for anyone reading this: what do you suggest? To the gym to get myself in shape, and that I will attend to other matters afterward?
