Quilts for Boston is a relief effort by the Boston Modern Quilt guild to make quilts for those that have been directly affected by the bombing and subsequent events. Our goal is to make bright and modern quilts that will bring cheer to those who need it most! This summer we hope to distribute at least 50 quilts to those who could benefit from a token of our love and support. We generally meet the 3rd Saturday of the month, from 1-3 PM, at Fabric Place Basement. In Natick. Exceptions occur for holidays and speakers, noted below. A first meeting is free to prospective members as a trial, unless specifically noted as "members only". April 16, 2016: Annual Show Reception. 1:00 to 3:00 at Fabric Place Basement. Bring your friends and family to April's meeting to see our annual quilt show and enjoy some socializing and refreshments. Show and Tell if time and space allow.
