Should you need assistance, here is a list of some knowledgeable MOMS members who have offered to help identify fungi. You may call or email any of them with your questions or photos. Is a culinary group of MOMS members who love to cook and eat. There are three to four dinners a year. Each dinner has a specially planned theme and menu where the group may explore various regions of the world, culinary époques, or whatever else sounds intriguing. Usually the group gathers in the home of a member, but we have used park shelters, working studios, and rentable venues that allow self-catering. If You Suspect a Poisoning. If you suspect that you have consumed a poisonous mushroom, contact a physician, or Missouri Poison Control Center. Once help has been secured, it is advisable to try to get the suspect mushrooms identified. MOMS provides a list of Emergency Identification Volunteers.
