If someone stepped on your leg and asked for your forgiveness and you can forgive him. What IF you happened to step on his leg and asked for his forgiveness , he will not 100% forgive you. This above is just a small example , try to imagine if it is a car accident and even you might let him go but it doesn't mean he will do the small when you are on the wrong side.
