Take a carrier oil and put few drops of lavender oil in it and use this as a massage lotion and rub your feet gently massaging with your thumb and concentrating on nerve endings of your feet, you can use pressure on these points and it will instantly relive all tension and headaches away, I also like to use this as a good time to massage the nape of my neck and shoulders.
