I made a reservation thinking we'd do the 4-course lunch menu, but after reading lots of reviews, realizing that it has 3 Michelin stars, and is #10 on the World's 50 Best Restaurants. Brief run-down through the photo collage. Black and white cookies, savory version: Truffle and parmesan. Tomato tea with bundle of lemon thyme. Chickpea sticks with yogurt lollipops (those are lentils on top). Smoked couscous salad thing.

I'm so glad I got a chance to shoot Kevin, who is not only Tennantly-handsome and Puppet-bending, but also a totally sweet guy. 12 I was walking. Around the con center Sunday morning (dressed as a Blue Meanie from Yellow Submarine) and we bumped into Kevin. I bought most of the parts, made a new belt and some alterations to the furry dalmatian shorts. Still need to chop the fringe and will add bigger draggy lashes, but for now, I'm going to pack this away and go back to working on masq costumes. I remember watching the musical Ernest in Love at the Palo Alto Children's Theatre, where I spent summers from the age of 13 to 17 or so. It's a musical adaptation of the Importance of Being Earnest. When. Asked me to shoot these costumes for her and Heather, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Takarazuka had translated the musical into Japanese. You go, ladies! Don't they look wonderful? I started with one of one of those arches in Utah but forgot to write down any more details about it. I would never have guessed that brush size was the secret! So then I made this:. It's similar to the UK poster, only better. Both of these beat the U.S. poster, which is a fine homage to an image from the comic (which would be a perfectly good teaser poster), but does a poor job of communicating what is special about the movie.
