February 2nd, 2009. I saw the sun yesterday - it now reaches the dock! When it has been so long, it's something special. I also made a small expedition, to a lodge that is nearby. it is only a few hundred yards off the lake trail, and it's surprising that I didn't go there before. Saw some beautiful views, and stole a piece of firewood. I didn't venture near the buildings, which were boarded up. My chainsaw keeps stalling for some reason. Powered by LiveJournal.com.
